Spoole Systems Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore based start-up, was established in April 2015 to provide communications and inter-connect platforms. In 2019 Spoole Systems ventured into the Fintech space, leveraging DLT to provide transparency in the spend and flow of funds. The goal was to address known limitations in current payment systems and provide next-gen value added services.
Spoole Systems approach has been to develop platforms that work in tandem with core Banking systems, to quickly bring to the mainstream benefits of DLT, while fully conforming to prevailing regulatory norms.
Spoole Systems' TRAX, is a Smart Money and Account system, that plugs into core banking systems to provide downstream traceability and control of funds (Loans, Govt Subsidies, Grants ...), and other Smart services.
TRAX can also be deployed as a standalone system or integrated into Enterprise systems, to track and control internal flows of money, money equivalents or other business assets and objects.
